Dan Faumuina
Coach
Dan has over a decade of experience in the fitness industry specialising in weight loss and performance. Starting off, Dan’s passion for fitness came from his desire to help his family. This led to two of his sisters losing a combined total of 60kg in a year with him as their coach. These results inspired him to want to work with others. Through running online and in person nutritional programs, corporate wellness talks, group classes and personal training, Dan set off on his Coaching career.
Dan firmly believes that the magic pill to achieving and maintaining results long term is to find a method that fits your lifestyle. One that you can see yourself sticking to consistently on the good and especially the bad days!
“I believe that if people are coached and educated effectively to focus on getting the big rocks right first like having good nutrition, improving sleep quality, lifting weights etc. this would lead to a better relationship towards nutrition and training. Thus making the process of achieving results more enjoyable and sustainable. Play the long game”.
