Structured strength training focusing on squat, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, and variations of these movements.
Emphasis on progressive overload.
Accompanied by accessory movements
Strength & Conditioning
(STR & COND)
Two part session. Starts with a focus on strength. Progresses into a short to medium conditioning piece containing a variety of movements.
These sessions will increase the heart rate and build both muscular and aerobic endurance.
A hybridised conditioning piece consisting of a combination of functional movements and cardiovascular output.
A longer piece geared solely towards building cardiovascular fitness. These sessions focus on cardio intervals of varying lengths.
