Healthy Habits Intensive
Bad habits can be easy to make and hard to break. It can often feel the opposite for good habits. Many of us instinctively know that a particular routine we are keeping is not ideal for us. Many of us have a sense of some ways we could behave or things we could be doing which would improve our life in some way but find it can be difficult to take the first step.
Enter West End Strength’s first “Healthy Habits Intensive”. The thrust of it is that if you want to make changes and motivate yourself surround yourself by motivated people. Iron sharpens Iron.
Throughout the intensive absorb expert perspectives on improvements to adopt which will help make long term change. Spend six weeks marinating in the motivation and focus of a group with the same goals. Get encouragement from trainers who can be part of facilitating your long term changes once the intensive is over.
Kicking off Saturday 17th April we are going to reset our current habits.
We have joined forces with Tammy Spiller, a Clinical Nutritionist to bring you weekly meal plans.
We have contracted Jason Burgess from Movement & Performance Therapies to bring you a movement seminar.
The 6 week Healthy Habits Intensive includes:

- Measurements – looking specifically at body composition over the number on the scales.
